NOTE: This form is to be used by a member of the public wishing to address the City Council in relation to an item listed on the agenda. Speakers have a maximum of three (3) minutes to address the City Council. Where a nominated speaker is to represent a group of residents with a common interest or issue or is to speak on behalf of a community group, the City Council may allow up to five (5) minutes.

Advise the City Council one week prior to the Meeting that you would like to be placed on the agenda.
